Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support its Health Plan Administration function.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for the Javelina platform, making architectural decisions and designing scalable solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective system solutions and support strategic projects
• Design and manage a repeatable release management framework for vendor platforms and build strong vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or product management within the healthcare industry
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Javelina and end-to-end claim adjudication processes
• Proven track record of supporting complex, multi-layered processes and projects
• Experience facilitating user groups and gathering cross-functional feedback
