Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests and perform operational checks
- Review and authorize change requests, ensuring successful testing and implementation
- Coordinate with Release Management and perform post-implementation reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, Process Improvement, or Data Analytics
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security, or Software Development
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience with IT Service Management tools
- Knowledge of change management processes and impacts in a technology environment
