Senior Trade Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Support Analyst to join their Trade Support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of response to customer trading and system functionality inquiries
• Write detailed user stories for production support items and test new software releases
• Collaborate with various teams to identify technical issues, manage client contacts, and provide off-hours support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET
• Experience in the financial and trading industry
• Knowledge of trading systems and troubleshooting complex issues
