A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Support Analyst to join their Trade Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of response to customer trading and system functionality inquiries
- Write detailed user stories for production support items and test new software releases
- Collaborate with various teams to identify technical issues, manage client contacts, and provide off-hours support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET
- Experience in the financial and trading industry
- Knowledge of trading systems and troubleshooting complex issues
