A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Advocate to support clients with employee benefit enrollment calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and positively, providing support to clients
- Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
- Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
- Prior service center or customer service experience is required
- Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred
- Strong customer-centric mindset and teamwork orientation
- Comfortable with technology and exceptional phone etiquette
- Internet speeds above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
