Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Advocate to support clients with employee benefit enrollment calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and positively, providing support to clients
  • Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
  • Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Prior service center or customer service experience is required
  • Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and teamwork orientation
  • Comfortable with technology and exceptional phone etiquette
  • Internet speeds above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
