Senior UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team and help redesign tools for a non-profit focused on social and environmental responsibility in global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Create meaningful user experiences through collaboration and user research
• Design complex, high-fidelity interfaces that translate data into intuitive visuals
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design and front end roles
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles on teams building complex products
• Experience with modern tooling and accessibility standards
• Expertise in Semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React
• Proficiency in modern design software, particularly Figma
