Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to orchestrate complex user journeys and craft user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for users by refining concepts and ensuring project objectives align with user needs
• Conduct user interviews, validate personas, and create task flows and prototypes in accordance with design standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions while keeping up with industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer for web and mobile applications
• Experience contributing to multiple shipped products
• Strong working knowledge of design tools, particularly Figma
• Ability to create user flows, journeys, and conduct user testing
• Understanding of agile project management and development practices
