Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Designer/Researcher to support Patient Experience Support Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and evolve end-to-end service blueprints and user personas
- Lead and facilitate workshops to identify problem areas and uncover opportunities for innovation
- Translate research insights into actionable design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in service design and UX research within healthcare or pharma
- Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration
- Experience designing for or with Salesforce platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within product teams
