Service Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Service Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, maintain, and scale production services across multiple data centers and hyperscaler environments
• Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of a Microsoft Exchange environment, managing a heterogeneous global environment
• Develop and maintain processes, tools, and documentation in support of the production environment

Required Qualifications

• BS or MIS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Windows Exchange & Active Directory
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Server, and core systems services
• Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Thorough understanding of Ethernet and TCP/IP networking
