ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr-Mid Level ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation for ServiceNow
• Lead requirements management activities and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Develop SOPs and related documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience in enterprise or government environments
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform functionality and backlog management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to create documentation and integration artifacts
