ServiceNow Business Analyst with Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester with active Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and gather requirements for solution design
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions for stakeholder validation before deployment
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
• Experience with SPM, ITOM, and ITAM (preferred but not required)
