Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize HR Services, HR Cases, and HR COE Tables for employee support processes
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications
• Design and implement HRSD dashboards and reports to track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience in IT
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HRSD
• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
• Experience with HRSD modules and ServiceNow development tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or ADO
