• Support Technical Program Management in tracking targets and preparing analytical performance reports
• Coordinate with various departments to monitor programs through the lab lifecycle and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Assist in budget monitoring and develop dashboards to track performance against commercial goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience in managing complex programs and working cross-functionally
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft business applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
