IS Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Support Technician to perform HRIS functions and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day HRIS functions, ensuring data integrity and accurate processing
• Handle problems and non-routine situations by interpreting guidelines and policies
• Ensure timely reporting of HR data

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS/data management experience
• Experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ticketing systems (Ivanti preferred)
