Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather technical requirements and develop specifications for configuration data capture
• Administer the ServiceNow Service Mapping tool and maintain its integrity across environments
• Collaborate with various teams to create and validate Discovery/Service Maps for applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow ITOM platform
• Minimum of 5 years working in a large IT organization
• Experience with Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB
• Working knowledge of Multi Cloud solutions and containerized infrastructure
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
