Virtualization Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtualization Engineer (2nd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex technical design and implementation of virtualization environments and storage appliances
• Administer and upgrade Windows Server Technologies and support Active Directory environments
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to troubleshoot and resolve server and application-related issues

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science or 5 years equivalent work experience with certification
• Certified CCNP, MCSE, VCP, or other industry-recognized IT certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment, preferably in an enterprise or MSP systems environment
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory administration and automation with PowerShell
• Experience with VMware, Azure, and AWS technologies
