Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager/Engagement Lead for Enterprise Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Ensure operational metrics and project statuses are updated for the data department, while facilitating resource capacity and demand activities
• Act as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of priorities and constraints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in IT leadership with a focus on managing IT projects and system enhancements
• Proven track record of making strategic prioritization decisions that drive business value
• Familiarity with at least one area of Data Management, including data analytics or business intelligence
• Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools to enhance IT workflows
