Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Mid. Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing implementation focused on Operations & Support (O&S)
• Implement minor enhancements and expand applications including SPM and ITOM
• Assist with IT Asset Management (ITAM) as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with SPM and ITOM applications
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) is preferred
• Contract experience in IT roles
• Ability to work remotely
