ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - Virtual Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow Virtual Agent for ITSM
• Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with best practices
• Guide multiple Virtual Agent implementations from design to production

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, including end-to-end implementation
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and how Virtual Agent integrates with them
• Proven ability to design and implement conversation flows, escalation paths, and NLP configurations in ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, particularly Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management Pro is a plus
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Virtual Agent, or CIS-ITAM) are advantageous
