Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - Virtual Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow Virtual Agent for ITSM
- Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with best practices
- Guide multiple Virtual Agent implementations from design to production
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, including end-to-end implementation
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and how Virtual Agent integrates with them
- Proven ability to design and implement conversation flows, escalation paths, and NLP configurations in ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, particularly Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management Pro is a plus
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Virtual Agent, or CIS-ITAM) are advantageous
