Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform and advise clients on best practices
• Contribute to multiple Agile engagements and enhance project efficiency using established methodologies
• Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and ensure technical quality on customer projects

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• 10+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology and leading sprint planning efforts
• Experience in supervising code migrations and providing feedback on development approaches
• Passion for advising customers and a collaborative approach to work
