Job Summary
A company is looking for a Services Engagement Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison to enable all aspects of Services between departments and clients
- Inspect and report on the Sales pipeline to support service forecasts and resources
- Review, approve, and execute Statements of Work, ensuring compliance and risk management
Required Qualifications:
- Business, Finance, Leadership, or Technology background
- 5+ years of relevant experience or 3 years within client structures, including 2 years of supervisory role experience
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools and process improvement projects
- Experience in Services Operations, ideally within Business or Technology sectors
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI & Excel preferred
