Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Pega technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to align business goals with Pega solutions
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications
• Design and validate flows, mockups, and prototypes while partnering with solution architects and developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst focused on Pega technology
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps for agile project execution
• Pega Business Architect or related Pega certifications are highly desirable
