Job Summary
A company is looking for a WFM Implementation Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate training courses specific to the Client's Workforce Manager system
- Collaborate with the Client on testing various policies and user profiles
- Consolidate issues from UAT testing to share with the ADP Implementation Consultant
Required Qualifications
- Experience in training and development related to workforce management systems
- Familiarity with testing pay policies, accruals, and time-off request policies
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and implementation teams
- Availability for part-time work with flexible hours
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
