A company is looking for a Shared Services Manager to join their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shared service team members, providing coaching and development
- Establish and refine operating models, SOPs, and workflows in collaboration with the Client Success organization
- Act as the escalation point for urgent client issues and drive process innovation to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership and building processes
- Familiarity with California and East Coast benefits markets for both large and small groups
- Expertise in benefits administration, renewals, enrollments, and eligibility management
- Comfort with financial analysis and tools like Excel and reporting dashboards
- Proven ability to create scalable workflows and enable cross-team collaboration
