Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, site merchandising, or a related analytical field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and Looker is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Genuine interest in fashion, retail, and the online customer experience
