Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to build growth plans and translate goals into actionable marketing priorities
- Own and evolve funnel frameworks to understand user journeys and identify areas for improvement
- Define and prioritize high-impact experiments across acquisition and onboarding, maintaining a centralized experimentation calendar
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
