Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, availability, and performance of AVS infrastructure and services
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues
• Design and implement automation to improve detection, mitigation, and recovery from service-impacting events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Go, Powershell, or Python
• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
• 2+ years of deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and virtualization technologies (especially VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX)
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
