Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Site Reliability Engineering function
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SRE engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure systems are resilient, performant, and aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• STEM degree (BSc, MSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles
• Proven track record of building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems
• Strong understanding of incident management, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, and service reliability metrics
• Ability to foster a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement
