Skip Trace Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Skip Trace Coordinator who will coordinate and administer investigative methods to locate client debtors and collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer various investigative methods to locate client debtors and collateral
• Maintain a large inventory of accounts and provide regular updates to clients and management
• Generate successful relationships with recovery vendors and maintain vendor contracts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• One to three (1-3) years of successful investigative (skip trace) experience is preferred
• One to three (1-3) years of prior experience in the repossession or collections industry is preferred
• Strong computer, internet, and web searching ability
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding customer confidentiality and debt collection practices
