Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content and strategies aligned with business objectives for the Grooming Business Unit
- Create and manage engaging social media content while owning the brand voice across platforms
- Analyze social campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize strategies and report on performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Social Media/Marketing, PR, Communications, or Graphic Design
- 3+ years of Influencer Marketing experience with strong writing and storytelling skills
- 3-5+ years of experience creating social content and managing overarching social content strategy
- In-depth knowledge of influencer and media landscape
- Strong creative and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to remain organized and proactive
