Key Responsibilities:
- Develop performance dashboards and reports to track social media KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Monitor and analyze organic content effectiveness and collaborate on B2B aligned content
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns, optimizing targeting and tracking for lead generation
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media analytics and campaign execution
- Proven experience with B2B social media campaigns for SaaS or IT products
- Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
