Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage online communities for a nonprofit in the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day social media community engagement on behalf of the brand
  • Create and deliver social media performance reports, defining KPIs and making recommendations
  • Oversee and train hourly team members to ensure they are updated on tools and trends
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in social media community engagement
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Experience contributing to social media reports and executing a brand's social media strategy
  • Experience working with alcohol brands is preferred
  • Passion for social media and internet culture
