Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile clients in social media and texting strategy, execution, and account success
• Manage a pod of strategists, overseeing onboarding, professional development, and performance reviews
• Contribute to team-wide processes and participate in management meetings to steer department planning

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in social media and/or peer-to-peer texting strategy for political clients
• Proven leadership experience managing staff and multi-platform programs
• Platform fluency across major social networks and texting tools
• Experience with CRMs and digital fundraising strategy
• Skilled in budgeting and financial reporting in Excel/Google Sheets
