Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a focus on automation and API testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems
• Lead API and backend testing (REST, GraphQL, Postman, Swagger, etc.)
• Execute manual and automated functional, integration, and regression testing

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in QA automation, SDET, or backend-focused testing
• Proven expertise in API and backend testing
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (WebDriverIO, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar)
