Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III, Device Connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance the connectivity stack, including modem firmware, cellular drivers, and networking layer
• Ensure reliable network connections in challenging environments while optimizing power consumption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of embedded software development experience
• Deep expertise in embedded Linux or Android systems, particularly in networking and power management
• Hands-on experience with cellular connectivity stacks and associated protocols (LTE/5G)
• Familiarity with low-level communication protocols and networking technologies
• Experience with Qualcomm chipsets and a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving
