Software Engineer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer I to participate in the software development process and contribute to the enhancement of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within an agile software development team to maintain and enhance software programs and applications
• Collaborate with team members to translate software requirements into programming code and participate in technical design discussions
• Design, code, write unit and integration tests, and execute tests while ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of development experience with Java SE/EE
• Experience with SDLC processes including requirements, architecture, design, testing, and deployment
• Familiarity with Agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Git or similar source code control systems
