Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to provide technical direction in application development and systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop information systems solutions for complex problems and enhancements
• Lead and monitor the activities of less experienced personnel while managing project plans and technical specifications
• Evaluate client requirements and recommend new technologies to improve organizational processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 8 years of experience in systems analysis/application development
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with application development software and hardware platforms
• Experience coordinating between Applications and business units for at least 8 years
• Proven ability to drive project milestones and delivery dates for at least 8 years
• Experience working on multiple complex projects for at least 8 years
