• Design and build backend components for payroll and tax processing, ledger services, and pay cycle management
• Develop robust and secure features and APIs using C#
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful features and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Python, or C#
• Hands-on experience with relational databases
