• Build, lead, and coach a team of engineers to enhance developer experiences
• Empower the team with business context and support their ownership of the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product and Design to establish a long-term vision for data workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in people management with a product engineering team
• Experience leading teams through the entire product development lifecycle
• Systems engineering experience in database architecture, compute engines, or compilers
• Proven success in hiring and retaining senior engineering talent
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, with expertise in C, C++, Rust, or Java
