Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering - Back End Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team(s) in all aspects of the software development life cycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the agile development process to maximize value and quality for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in a management role
• In-depth experience with web application development, preferably using the Microsoft technology stack
• Experience in building backend services using .Netcore technologies and Microsoft entity framework
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to lead distributed and remote agile teams
