Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team and drive the technical direction of their solutions and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of reliable, maintainable, and scalable software
• Provide technical coaching and feedback through design discussions and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Senior proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, PHP, C#)
• 5+ years of backend and/or frontend development experience
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience (Tech Lead, Manager, or higher)
• Proven ability to balance people leadership with technical depth
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools preferred
