Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a lead or managerial role
• Experience with modern architecture, including containers, serverless architectures, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models and SaaS platforms
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling, with a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to make informed decisions balancing time-to-market, cost, and technical debt
