Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in customer service or CRM software
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
- Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrated proactive approach and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
