Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT liaison for Customer Support, identifying new business initiatives and defining success metrics
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to design solutions and ensure compliance with IT standards
- Maintain ownership of projects from requirements through implementation, ensuring successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in IT business analysis, solution management, or product ownership supporting Customer Support or CRM applications
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective technology solutions for complex support challenges
- Familiarity with PowerSchool and related support system architectures
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and support teams
- Salesforce Admin certification or Agentforce certification preferred
