Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Consultants across multiple product lines
- Develop and implement scalable pre-sales strategies, including demo frameworks and value messaging
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent solution delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or enterprise software pre-sales
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or matrixed teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and insurance technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Sales and service orientation with strong facilitation and relationship building skills
