Sourcing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Representative to support its global manufacturing marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and vet suitable factories to fulfill RFQs across various product categories
• Assign RFQs to selected factories and ensure timely submission of quotes
• Guide factories through the onboarding process and maintain clear documentation of factory status

Required Qualifications

• Based in China or South America with strong understanding of local factory networks
• Proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Spanish
• Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to multitask and manage strict deadlines
