A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through exceptional service via inbound calls and email
- Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy and productivity under tight deadlines
- De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- 3 years of experience in a customer retention or similar role in a fast-paced call center environment
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
