Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through exceptional service via inbound calls and email
  • Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy and productivity under tight deadlines
  • De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • 3 years of experience in a customer retention or similar role in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven track record of success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
