Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support its finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and accruals in accordance with GAAP
• Perform monthly account and bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify trends and support audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
• Solid understanding of GAAP; experience with ASC 606 is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to work with large datasets for reconciliations and insights
