Lead Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Accountant, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate financial information and general ledger account analysis
• Lead the implementation of audit recommendations and prepare various tax returns and financial reports
• Mentor staff and collaborate with finance management to align financial operations with business unit priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in accounting
• CPA and healthcare exposure preferred, but not required
• Treasury accounting experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with computer accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
