Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions
• Build and maintain data assets, dashboards, and reports for decision-making insights
• Mentor analysts and establish standards for data analysis and reporting workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics across the data pipeline
• Expert-level SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Proven success in developing end-to-end data solutions, preferably with Snowflake and dbt
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)
• Experience using statistical methods, including regression modeling and hypothesis testing
