A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst, SOC/Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate customer usage, enablement, and engagement to unlock value in the install base
- Develop and present data-driven narratives to support strategic planning and business reviews
- Conduct complex data analysis and maintain reporting processes for key support metrics and customer health
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making
